Privacy policy

Scope and information we collect

This notice covers the Aimint website and business visibility tool. Account information includes the name and email you provide, authentication records and workspace membership. Workspace data includes website URLs, business descriptions, competitors, questions, audit results, AI answers, usage records and monitoring settings. Do not submit passwords, confidential customer records, health information or other sensitive personal information in website descriptions or AI questions.

How the service uses information

We use this information to authenticate users, operate workspaces, run requested website audits and AI checks, store results, enforce usage limits, secure the service and respond to requests. An audit contacts the website you submit. An AI check sends the relevant business details and question to the connected AI provider. Drafting sends the page context you supply. Review what you submit and use only material you have permission to process.

Service providers and optional connections

Vercel hosts the application and processes request and security logs, which may include IP addresses and browser information. Supabase provides authentication and database storage. OpenAI is the currently connected AI provider. The Settings page shows current provider availability. Stripe processes payments when paid subscriptions become available; Aimint does not receive full card numbers. Payment processing and AI providers have their own privacy terms. These providers may process information outside your state or country.

If you choose to connect Google Search Console, Aimint stores the connection credentials and requests read-only access to your verified properties and search-performance data. You can disconnect in Settings and revoke access in your Google account. Disconnecting stops future access; it does not automatically remove previously saved workspace records.

Cookies, local storage and tracking

Authentication uses cookies or browser storage needed to keep you signed in. A pending website URL may be stored in your browser for up to one day so you can resume a scan. A referral link offers a separate choice to remember an affiliate referral for 90 days; declining continues without that referral cookie. Existing referral cookies can be cleared on the Privacy requests page.

Aimint does not deploy session replay, keystroke recording, advertising pixels or Google-hosted fonts. Marketing-event collection is disabled by default. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because that tracking is not enabled, Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals do not cause additional advertising tracking to be turned off. Hosting and security logs still operate.

Retention, access and requests

Saved workspace records remain until removed through an applicable product control or an approved deletion request. Archiving a company preserves its history. Account, security, consent, request and billing records may be retained where necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; provider logs and backups have separate retention cycles. We have not established a fixed automatic deletion schedule for every record category.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete information. Signed-in users can submit and track a request at Privacy requests. Requests require identity and workspace-authority checks; deleting your personal account does not necessarily authorize deletion of another person's workspace. Children, security and changes

Aimint is intended for business users aged 18 and over, and is not directed to children. Do not create an account or submit personal information if you are under 18. If you believe a child has supplied personal information, report it through Privacy requests or the available contact channel so it can be investigated. We use access controls and other safeguards, but cannot promise absolute security. Material changes will be identified on this page with an updated effective date; additional notices or consent will be provided where required.
